OUR
GUARANTEE
If at the time of installation you
should find a defect* in the the finished material or craftsmanship of our
product it will be
replaced or repaired at no cost to
you. You must
contact us within 10 days after installation and notify us of the
problem.
Shipping
Damage Protection
If an item is damaged
during shipping we
will replace it at no
cost to you.
Make note of the
damage on the shipping
document and then
contact us about
how to proceed from
there. All shipped
products are insured
to protect you.
Shipping damage must
be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Notice
after that time may
reduce the amount of
coverage.
Our
Mistakes
We will correct
our mistakes. If you
receive your monument
with errors
that were made by us
we will correct or
replace it at no cost
to you.
Your
Mistakes
If you discover that
you have made an error
we will do our best to
help you fix it. If
your mistake requires
a replacement of the
item we will
do so at a
substantial discount.
We will not profit
from your errors.
Service
After the Sale
We will be there to
help you with whatever
problems may arise in
the future.
If your monument is
vandalized or
destroyed by an act of
nature we will
replace it for you at
a not for profit
price. The replacement
has to match
the original,
including size, color,
finish, carvings and
all inscriptions.
Please keep your
records of the sale
including a copy of
the approved
drawing and
your receipt of sale.
A copy of your
approved drawing and
a receipt will
be attached to the
package or mailed to
you separately.
